Today is a very happy day. Why? Aidan's passport was delivered to the house today. I had a hunch that it was going to arrive any day because the turnaround time tends to be a week even though the service level agreement is 2 weeks.
Yesterday was Aidan's 6 month doctor's appointment. The standard stuff -- measurements, weighing and updating on milestones to ensure his overall development is normal. He now weighs 17 lbs 15 oz. And of course, the inevitable, immunization shots. We still need to go back in four weeks to complete the Hep B series too. Aidan cried at the end of each shot but that was smiling and playful a short time later.
